>VN has heard tell that only 39 coalition MPs and 36 Labour MPs where in the chamber for Work and Pension Secretary Ian Duncan-Smith’s big speech on welfare reform this morning. Pretty shabby turn out for such a major policy. We know it is a Thursday and everything, but who wouldn’t want to hear IDS speak?
